Who are we?

BestValue is the only Travel Retail brand in Romania, operating stores in all main airports of the country. In 2016, BestValue launches the online Duty Free Experience, a unique concept on the Romanian market: www.bestvalue.eu. Our portfolio includes the most renowned international brands and various products, from perfumes, make-up, skincare or accessories to spirits, toys and sweets.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for new colleagues in the Customer Support department, who understand the needs of our clients. Previous experience on a similar position is optional, but the enthusiasm is mandatory. We’d like our new colleague to to be best buds with the Romanian language, but also friends with English. Basically, we want someone who knows that their mission is not only to solve our clients’ problems, but to offer them a complete and pleasant shopping experience.

What do we offer?

Depending on your evolution, you have lots of opportunities to be promoted (really, we’re not just saying that).

Regarding your salary, you will negotiate it during the interview. But our internal sources say it’s pretty nice.
