Go for stripes

Always trendy, the striped clothes and accessories cheer up your summer and get you thinking of a luxury cruise

Even though I sometimes wear stripes during the winter, they are still my favourites in the hot summer days. Itțs about that classic print, reinterpreted by designers almost every season. Only that now, the stripes are thin and thick, mixed and colorful. And you won’t find them only on clothes, but also on accessories. My favourites are below:

The ballerinas

So classic with that French feel to them, and also in my favourite colors: white and navy. I often wear them because they match with many of my day items: jeans, uni pants, doted blouses or checked shirts. So simple, yet so chic!

2

The bracelet

It’s a kind of a stylised rope, with a sailor knot-like. And my small accessory that reminds me of past summer vacations. So, how do I wear it? With white blouses and dresses, navy pants or even other striped items.

The travel bag

Yes, even my travel bag has stripes! It’s my choice for the long weekends and even for the days when I go to the gym. It’s large enough and perfect for the hot days – due to its textile fabric.

4

The straw hat

In the city, I’m wearing a fedora model with a white and navy striped ribbon. Plus sunglasses and eventually a blouse or another striped accessory. When in vacation, I go for a wide brimmed hat and I suddenly imagine myself wearing it with a white light dress, on the beach.

The scarf

It must be long, smooth and colorful. Mine has multicolored zig-zag stripes. I’m wearing it as a belt, I hang it on my bag or instead of a pareo, at the seaside.
